For the past 10+ years I have been working towards rebranding the face of the technical support roles by renewing trust and customer relationships between technicians and the client. I am currently a lead engineer at TSYS, the leader in third party payment processing and a former UI designer by night. So while familiar with domain names and their importance in marketing and brand identity, I have peaked a new interest and excitement in their premium market acquisitions and negotiations behind the scenes.
